Are San Diego Sheriffs Servants of the People or a Gang of Untrained Thugs?
On Monday, March 1, 2021, at approximately 1:10 pm a female Citizen recorded San Diego County Sheriff Deputy Alejandro Silva using his government-issued cellphone to photograph the female. When the female repeatedly asked for the Deputy’s Name and Badge Number Deputy Silva ignored the Citizen. Sheriff Deputy Casey L. Calloway was present and witnessed Deputy Silva’s treatment of the female citizen including Deputy Silva photographing the female. Although both men were dressed in government clothing, driving government vehicles, and are listed on Transparent California as paid government employees; it did not appear that either man had any actual training or understanding that they are Servants the People.
