Congrats on admitting that the Sheriff must release the records. Unfortunately this is the San Diego County Sheriff, so it’s a ‘fake out’. The links don’t open.
I would like this Public Records’ Request emailed to me by a County Officials not associated with the Sheriff’s Department as there is no one in San Diego Sheriff’s Department that can be trusted to adhere to State Laws and release public records.
