San Diego Grand Jury has Not Convened in Two Years

Since 1959 the California Penal Code has required all Counties to impanel a Grand Jury every year. The San Diego County Grand Jury has not convened or issued a report since July 2019. The County still has the 2019/2020 Application Form on its website.
