Complaint Against San Diego Police: Protecting Attackers.
On Friday, March 12, 2021, a group of Peaceful Protesters were assembled in San Diego. Two men who the Peaceful Protesters said also attacked them in Pacific Beach showed up and once again physically assaulted the Peace Protesters.
Multiple San Diego Police witnessed the assault, but instead of arresting the Attackers, the Police literally surrounded the attackers and protected them. San Diego Police literally created a human shield to protect the Attackers. It was more than obvious that the Attackers were good friends of the Cops and perhaps Co-Workers.
The Criminals were later videotaped attempting to start another fight with Peaceful Protesters.

Identification of the two Attackers that have, for the second time in two months, worked in collusion with the San Diego Police Department to violate USA Citizens State and Federal Rights to peacefully assemble.

Written Policy/Procedure of refusing to Arrest Criminals after personally witnessing a Felony crime.
Written Policy/Procedure of taking Victim Statements after personally witnessing a Felony crime.
Copy of Victim and Witness Statements taken after multiple Police Officers witnessed two men Assaulting Peaceful Protesters.
