When you select this option, an auto-generated email gets sent out asking for more information so we can properly evaluate the fee waiver request. I hope this makes sense. The questions asked were not financial related - the questions asked what the Requestor was going to do with the information, but that is beside the point.

Nothing in government magically appears and no, the software purchased did not come with an auto generated response asking 'what about the use' of the Public Records.

The City of Portland Staff and/or Council created the questions and paid an I.T. person to program the computer. This took staff time and MONEY.

My Public Records Request is for the backup documentation that resulted in the auto-generated response questions.

I want the Name and Job Titles of every Staff, Councilman, and/or 'Contract Labor'/'Consultant' that is responsible for the creation of auto-generated questions.

Was this done internally or was it 'Council Approved'?

The questions violate State and Federal Laws, so the question for the City Attorney's Office is; was the City Attorney questioned about the legality? Let's see those documents where the City Attorney told the Staff and/or Council that it was illegal OR a statement that the City Attorney was not aware and the auto-generated response has been removed pending further investigation, but it's too late for that isn't it.

This Public Records' Request has NOT been completed and is NOT closed. I want all documents generated in the creation of the auto-generated response regardless of the original purpose or current excuses.

All theories that your City Attorney can hide behind a paralegal is incorrect.

Your Mayor is backed by money - they'll throw the Staff to the wolves to protect the Mayor.
