City of San Diego Removes Police Rankings from Employee Roster

A public records’ request for the City of San Diego Employee Roster was returned with the Rank Identification of the Police Officers removed. Even Chief of Police David Nisleit was listed as a ‘Police Officer’.

Employee Rosters are created in the City’s Human Resources Department. The employees were listed in alphabetical order of their first names instead of the employees’ last names. This indicates that the HR Employees do not know how to properly print an employee roster - perhaps because there is no Management reviewing employee rosters.

But for the cops’ rankings to be scrubbed it took a conspiracy between the HR Department and the Police Department. The question is why a branch of the government created to ‘Serve and Protect’ are now open criminals trying to hide their identity from their Employers?

PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST:

Employee Roster of Every Government Employee paid thru the Police Budget. A CORRECT Employee Roster lists the Employees by Last Name, then First Name, then Rank, then Date of Hire.

Employee Roster of Every Government Employee paid thru the Homeland Security Budget. Lists the Employees by Last Name, then First Name, then Rank, then Date of Hire. And yes - all Employees being paid through both Police and Homeland Security must be listed on both Rosters.

Name and Job Title of all Employees that participated in the creation of the altered Employee Roster that removed the Police Rankings.

All Communication to/from the City Clerk, HR, Police, and every other City Employee and/or Council Member that colluded in the removal of the police’s rankings from the Employee Roster.

Employee Roster of Human Resource Department. The Correct assembly for an Employee Roster is Last Name, First Name, Job Title, and Date of Hire.

All Reports, Documentation, and Communication comprised by the Police and Homeland Security Departments regarding Domestic Terrorists from 2015 to Present.
