Assault Complaint against San Diego Police Officer Stephanie A. Maciel

On Sunday March 7, 2021, San Diego Police Officer Stephanie A. Maciel was filmed using a government-issued bicycle as a Weapon to Assault a Private Citizen.

The video of Maciel shows the Officer picked up her bicycled and attacked a Private Citizen, then told the Citizen “Don’t touch the bike”. Citizens have stated that Maciel routinely assaults Peaceful Protesters, then claims the Citizens ‘touched her’.

Maciel was accompanied by her colleagues, but is never stopped or reprimanded. Videos of the event show the entire San Diego Police Force treating U.S.A. Citizens as ‘enemy combatants’ instead of their Employees that the Police are paid to ‘Protect and Serve’.
